Message	I'd file a police report as well, this may prove "negligence" or creating a "hazardous" condition on the road, (again fwiw). Perhaps this may back up your inevitable claim with the insurance company(s) & it may look better in a court of law to have some kind of police involvement. Who knows, maybe it went beyond negligence and the dood responsible was a evil Nissan hater ;) I’d encourage you to perhaps/finally look into a daily (beater) driver. There’s been instances (on the road, construction zones, acts of nature, barbarism, etc...) where I was SOOOOO glad I was in my DD (which I love -btw), instead of the Z. So I wouldn't worry about it IF you have a strong case and the info to back it up... Good luck…
